I think Twitter would be a great place to build up a following of folks who could spread the word about the booklet/the website. To do this, I think many of the tips would need to be tweeted, but I also suspect there’s much more Dr. Tschudin could tweet about than just the 113 tips – for example, links to news stories about sleep or energy or the lack thereof and the problems that can cause.

Still, if folks start using the tips and find them effective, I’m sure they’d spread the word. And there are many companies of all sizes with a presence on Twitter, including CEOs and other decision makers, so the possibility of sales leads seems very real to me….

She can teach you how to get the word out using your booklets and how to sell you booklets enmasse.

How about going after the alternative medicine segment? You could reach out to naturopaths, Reiki healers, massage therapists, etc. and reach a whole new market – those who are looking for alternative solutions to health issues – like fatigue!

I’ve heard about people selling thousands of copies of books to companies. Major corporations are interested in looking after their employees, maybe you could approach them about giving your booklet out to employees as a Christmas gift or for no reason at all?

Make sure you can show them how buying your booklet and giving it to their employees will improve their bottom line- in terms of employee motivation, alertness at work (research shows that most employees only have 2 productive hours at work each day), and dollars. Then they may be willing to buy off you. Remember, it’s not just the coffee companies and those directly involved in fatigue that could be interested, alot of people benefit from others being more awake.

Maybe you could focus on industries where fatigue can cause mistakes that create big problems eg. surgeons, truck drivers etc. How good is it to know that the surgeons operating today are alert and awake! What could happen if they aren’t?!!!

I’d target corporate America and surgeons/dentists.
