		<description>many journalists have the story already in mind before they leave the office if the subject is a controversial one. So in that case it is best to simply give a prepared statement and not an interview.

If the subject matter is simply topical, it is a good idea to give the journalist a statement of the subject in writing that clearly covers the main points of the subject. So that there can be no confusion about it. He has it in his hand from you and can refer to it when he is writing up his article.</description>
