These are great tips.  Anything speakers can do to add value to the program and invite more guests to benefit is always remembered and appreciated.

One thing I would add is this.  Consider recording your presentation on a digital recorder and making it available for posting on the organization&#039;s website for a period of time so those who weren&#039;t able to attend can benefit.  They will appreciate the kindness, post it, and bring even more fans to benefit from your message.  

I am a huge fan of an event promotion service called www.fullcalendar.com.  It is available in many markets across the USA.  You just enter the details about your upcoming event in a long, mid-length, and short format, pay your $19.95, and hit &quot;send.&quot;  Then, the event notice is shared with online and traditional media outlets with one click. Check it out.
