Joan-

I’m searching around for an answer on Facebook but not finding it. If I fill out the form preventing others from claiming my trademarked name, can I then claim it for my own use for my company’s fan page?

I was assuming so but this is not explicit.

Any ideas?

I’m curious too Joan! For a while now, I’ve been using http:\\www.StephOnFacebook.com (& Twitter, LinkedIN, Plaxo, YouTube) Since the formatting is consistent people remember better.
